It’s National Apprenticeship Week.
And at AAB Group our apprentice programme is now open for applications.
The programme is a great alternative route into a career in accountancy and business advisory.

“Even though I was an apprentice I was given a lot of independence. I expected for a lot of my role to be being told what to do and being at the bottom of the pecking order but that hasn’t been the case at all. After my initial induction and training, I was quickly given my own workload to familiarise myself with and take ownership of. This gave me a great sense of responsibility and was also a huge motivator for me because I knew it meant the team was putting trust in me, and it gave me such a good opportunity to take the things I’ve learnt and put them into practice, allowing me to develop my knowledge and skills.”
