The Kings Theatre Aladdin 2018 Partnership Opportunities
With a history spanning over 50 years, the King’s Theatre pantomime is an iconic part of a Glasweegian Christmas. Stars such Stanley Baxter, Gerard Kelly, Karen Dunbar, and Gavin Mitchell have all graced the stage to entertain families, in classics such as Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Snow White. Pantomime at the King’s is a tradition for many across the city.
This Christmas we are happy to welcome back Elaine C. Smith, Johnny Mac, and Paul James Corrigan in Aladdin. Expect flying carpets, a wish-granting genie, an evil sorcerer, a lamp-full of laughs, and plenty of boos and hisses.
The run up to panto is the busiest in the Theatre calendar. Over 80,000 customers come through our doors during pantomime and with 63 performances this year we need to be prepared. The foyer needs decorated, the bars need stocked and the light up wands need some magic fairy dust.
We have an exclusive business opportunity to partner with a company looking to engage a family audience, create brand awareness and join in the panto fun. We work closely with our business partners, and want to build a supportive relationship. We have ideas for social media collaborations that capture the spirit of pantomime. We can offer client hospitality, a staff discount to your teams, a chance to meet with the stars of the show, and something we have never done before – a brand mention included in our script. We would be excited to create something innovative with a business partner and are happy to work on new ideas.
With an audience reach of over 100,000, opportunities to meet the cast, and get your brand mentioned within the script, this is a great chance to work with the King’s Theatre through our most exciting time of year.
Offering a brand partnership with our Pantomime is not the only way that you can be involved with the King’s Theatre and Theatre Royal. By becoming an official Corporate Partner there are opportunities to work with our audience, associate yourself with the excitement of theatre, and get access to bespoke benefits such as corporate hospitality, backstage tours and staff engagement perks.
Our Creative Learning team focus on bringing the art of theatre to everyone, and if this is something you would like to support we are looking for sponsorship for their annual projects, Stage Experience and Go Dance. The projects open our stage to the community around the theatres, and is a vital part of the work we do to support the arts within Glasgow.
Whether you have an interest in joining us to raise brand awareness, support your staff engagement endeavours, or help support the arts in Glasgow, we can tailor a partnership that works for you.
