The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is delighted to announce the appointment of its new Business Development Manager, Michelle Gallagher.
Bringing with her over a decade of experience in the events and hospitality sector, Michelle joins the Hotel from prominent roles such as Commercial Event and Sponsorship Manager at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and Sales and Marketing Manager at Virgin Hotels.
Her background in healthcare events and professional conference organisations makes her the perfect fit to strengthen the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel’s unique position as a leading venue for medical and academic conferences.
Michelle’s experience spans both commercial hotel environments and the professional healthcare sector, providing her with a well-rounded perspective that complements the 4-star Hotel’s role as a part of the NHS and a leading conference and meeting venue.
As Business Development Manager, Michelle will take the lead on developing business relationships across the medical, corporate and public sectors.
Commenting on her new appointment, Michelle said: “This role is a perfect blend of my experience in hotel sales and healthcare focused events. It is a unique niche - but it is my niche.”
“I’m looking forward to working closely with clinicians, medical associations and professional bodies to create high-quality, bespoke events that meet their needs.”
