Elements, the celebrated fine-dining restaurant in Glasgow’s Bearsden district, has announced the highly anticipated return of its signature 4/4/4 cocktail lunch offer, now featuring a brand-new selection of artisanal drinks. Launching on Thursday the 10th of July to celebrate the restaurant’s first birthday, the seasonal menu will showcase the finest Scottish ingredients and will be joined by a brand-new line-up of signature cocktails created especially for the occasion.
Led by chef-owner Gary Townsend, 3 AA Rosettes and Michelin listed Elements has built a strong reputation for modern cooking, using locally sourced produce in Scotland in an intimate 36-cover setting. The 4/4/4 cocktail offer with lunch, first launched last year and was hugely popular, with lunch fully booked each week. It provides a relaxed way to explore the food menu alongside the equally adventurous cocktail selection, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available.
The lunch menu changes weekly but may include current highlights such as East Coast mackerel with cucumber, buttermilk and dill; Tweed Valley beef rib served two ways with oyster and watercress; or Orkney crab tortellini. Main courses include Scottish lamb with courgette, ratatouille and smoked aubergine; Atlantic stone bass with peas, wild garlic, beans, and Jersey royals; or a rich black truffle risotto finished with parmesan velouté. Desserts include vanilla crème brûlée with Yorkshire rhubarb, New Forest strawberries with lemon verbena and Siam Queen basil, or a selection of artisan cheeses with chutney, biscuits, and truffle honey (available as a supplement).
To accompany each course, guests will enjoy four cocktails by mixologist Connor Wren, crafted with infused premium spirits and garnishes that deliver fresh, balanced and unique flavours.
This year’s cocktail line up includes:
Garden Route – Mint-infused Tanqueray 10, cucumber, lime.
Mexican Standoff – Don Julio Reposado, Casamigos Mezcal, pomegranate, dandelion & burdock and soda.
Golden Hour – Cremant du Jura, apricot liqueur and lavender.
Split Decision – Ciroc vodka, coconut, Pedro Ximénez, banana and miso
Each has a zero-proof counterpart, using premium alternatives such as Tanqueray 0%, Almave Ambar, Seedlip Spiced and Wild Idol, ensuring flavour and complexity remain at the heart of the experience.
The four-course lunch with four cocktails is priced at £80 per person and is available Thursday to Sunday, from 10th July for four weeks only. Advance booking is recommended via elementsgla.com/reservations
Lunch is served Thursday through to Saturday 12.00- 4pm (last seating at 2pm) and
