Elements, the celebrated fine-dining restaurant in Glasgow’s Bearsden district, has been named Newcomer of the Year at the 2025 Scotsman Scran Awards.
The Scotsman SCRAN Awards are a celebration of Scotland’s vibrant food and drink community - its creativity, resilience and relentless passion.
Gary Townsend, Head Chef and Owner, said: “I'm absolutely delighted that Elements won newcomer of the year. This is fantastic recognition for our amazing wee team, all working so hard to create memorable, standout experiences for our guests. We're also immensely proud to be mentioned alongside many other outstanding food and drink venues, all flying the flag for Scottish hospitality."
Assistant Manager, Connor Wren, was highly commended as runner-up in the Rising Star category, a well-deserved recognition of his talent and commitment.
