It all started with a kiss … but it was mostly about the confidence.
A quarter of a century later, confidence is still one of the strongest traits teams take away from KWC Global’s training programmes. The confidence to pitch, present or speak in public.
In fact, confidence was literally our “middle name” for two decades. KWC Global, a proud member of the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce for the last 23 years - started out as Kissing With Confidence. It was a name that divided opinion, but no one could argue that it wasn’t memorable.
And it clearly worked.
KWC Global has grown from a small, Glasgow-based startup to an internationally recognised training and facilitation company with some of the world’s top tier accounting and legal firms among our many wonderful clients.
It hasn’t all be plain sailing, however.
In 2020, when the Covid pandemic could have spelled the end for us – all our training to date had been in person – we instead redesigned our programmes so they would be equally effective in an online setting.
Once we were able to provide training anytime, anyplace, and anywhere, we knew we needed a name-change to fully reflect the international scope of our business. Welcome to the world, KWC Global.
Five years later, it’s obvious it was an inspired business move. Although in-person programmes are once again very much back on the agenda, the flexibility to also offer remote training has exponentially expanded KWC’s reach, and we continue to enjoy significant growth.
We clearly have much to celebrate in 2025, our 25th birthday year. As part of these celebrations, and as a way of saying thank you and giving something back to the greater business community, KWC Global is hosting a series of free, monthly, online masterclasses, delivered by some of our top trainers, facilitators and coaches.
These impactful presentations deliver more in 45 minutes than many webinars do in twice that time. Not surprising, then, that January through May’s events have seen a total of well over a thousand delegates registered, and the numbers are growing every month.
The topics have been specifically chosen to tackle some of the biggest challenges professionals face when it comes to pitching, presenting and overall business development.
