Unlock your growth potential with the Help to Grow Management Programme at Strathclyde Business School

Strathclyde Business school utilises its expertise in SME scale up support to deliver a tailored experience of the UK wide “Help to Grow Management” programme. The only university in Scotland offering the programme fully face to face, participants will benefit from the power of peer learning in a condensed once a week for 12 weeks learning experience. Described as a “mini MBA”, the programme is a low cost, effective leadership development programme for senior leaders of SMEs.   

To be eligible, you must be a leader or part of a senior management from businesses that have been operating for over a year with between 5 - 249 employees. All industries are welcome, and the University of Strathclyde encourage individuals from underrepresented groups to apply.    There have been over 260 companies graduate from the programme at Strathclyde and next cohort begins 20th of November 2024. There is also an opportunity to join a later cohort starting 7th of January 2025.
