Shott Scale Up Accelerator empowers senior leaders of high-growth engineering and tech SMEs with the leadership skills and insight they need to scale successfully.
The leap from technical expert to business leader is as difficult as the growing pains of a company. The Shott Scale Up programme from the Royal Academy of Engineering’s Enterprise Hub has supported 150 SME leaders to raise £133m in grants and a further £976m in equity investment. Together, they’ve created more than 4600 jobs and increased company valuations by £1.7bn. Best of all, they offer all of this for free: no fees, no equity or IP taken.
