Debbie is a Director with Aspen People, a leading Executive Search firm covering Scotland and the UK, based in Glasgow. She lead the business’s work on appointments in the Charity and Not for Profit, Public Sector and Interim Appointments space.
Debbie has been involved in a number of charities as a Trustee and is currently on the Board of the Scottish Refugee Council and Chair’s the Connect Hub with the Simon Community. Previously has been Chair of SAY Women, Trustee at The Judy Murray Foundation and President of Scottish Women in Business.
Debbie has been in the world of recruitment for over 18 years and has led various campaigns and high-profile searches in the Executive and Non Executive space, covering everything from Chief Executives and Trustees to Management and Non Executive Director roles.
Debbie has a vast network in Scotland and UK wide in the sector and has a real interest in the values match between candidate and role in addition to the skillset and experience they bring.
