Glasgow Chamber of Commerce is supporting The King’s Trust as a partner in delivering the DWP Jobs Guarantee Scheme in Glasgow alongside valued partners Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce, Barnardo’s and Action for Children.
We are inviting employers to register their interest in offering six-month, fully-funded roles to young people aged 18-21. These are young people who have been out of work for an extended period, but are ready to take their first steps back into work, bringing potential and ambition, and who can thrive with a supportive and structured introduction to the workplace.
The Jobs Guarantee provides six months of paid work experience, alongside wraparound support, helping young people build confidence, skills and a pathway into sustained employment.
