We are delighted to announce the appointment of Gavin Quirk as Brand & Partnerships Ambassador - The Americas, a strategic role created to support our next phase of growth in the United States and beyond.
The US is currently Tethered’s largest and fastest growing market, with a highly engaged audience that has deeply resonated with our uniquely Scottish approach to sleep, relaxation and wellbeing. As we continue to scale, having a senior, trusted representative on the ground in the US is a significant asset and one that will help us build stronger relationships, unlock new partnerships and accelerate brand growth in a meaningful and sustainable way.
Gavin brings more than two decades of global experience across brand leadership, marketing, operations and strategic partnerships, having held senior roles at some of the world’s most influential companies including Diageo, The Walt Disney Company and Netflix.
Beginning his career in London, Gavin developed a strong foundation in brand and commercial strategy before moving into global roles spanning Europe and the United States. At Disney, he worked on large scale brand campaigns across both live action and animated studios, experience that sharpened his ability to build emotionally resonant brands with mass appeal.
Since 2018, Gavin has held senior leadership roles at Netflix, operating at the intersection of creative production, marketing and product operations. His work has focused on ensuring world class content delivery at global scale, while collaborating closely with cross functional teams, partners and platforms, skills that are directly relevant to Tethered’s growth ambitions in North America.
With the US now representing our core international market, the creation of the Brand & Partnerships Ambassador role marks a deliberate step in our long term strategy.

As Brand & Partnerships Ambassador Gavin will act as a trusted representative of the brand, helping us expand our presence, strengthen relationships and bring the spirit of Scotland’s calm, culture and storytelling to new audiences across the US.
