Industry leaders and emerging talent to gather in Aberdeen for a conference focused on turning purpose into practical action

Women in New Energy 2026 will take place on Tuesday 23 June 2026 at P&J Live, Aberdeen, bringing together professionals from across the energy sector under the theme “Purpose in Practise: Energy’s Next Chapter.” The event will focus on how individuals and organisations can move beyond discussion and take meaningful action during a period of significant transformation for the industry.

Hosted in the UK’s energy capital, the conference will feature a curated programme of expert-led sessions, workshops and networking opportunities designed to support professionals at every stage of their careers. The event will feature a keynote from Tara Singh, CEO of RenewableUK, alongside a programme of expert-led sessions, workshops and networking opportunities designed to support professionals at every stage of their careers.

Highlights include discussions on digital innovation and AI in the UK energy transition, a dual-perspective fireside chat on career pathways, and sessions exploring leadership, mental health and equity in the sector.
