7Regen, a leading sustainable building and repair company, recently marked the first anniversary of its partnership with Glasgow-based HR specialists Clover HR.
Since November 2024, Clover has managed the human resources function for 7Regen’s 25-strong team, providing support across recruitment, contracts, employee relations, and compliance.
After several disappointing experiences with previous providers, the company says the partnership has been a turning point in establishing a resilient and trusted HR framework.
Operations Director Alan Douglas said: “We had a couple of disciplinary cases to handle, and previous providers didn’t give us the support we needed. We ended up navigating these situations alone, which wasn’t ideal.”
A year on, with Clover HR overseeing all HR operations, 7Regen’s management can now focus confidently on its core mission, which is sustainable construction and restoration.
Alan added: “HR is an essential part of our business, but we simply didn’t have consistent support from past providers. Clover has proven they understand both our people and our purpose. We no longer worry that HR will let us down, they’re aligned with our values and practical needs.”
