Restrictions relating to filming (June)

Please find below restrictions relating to filming.

Roads affected and dates and times of restriction applying to all vehicles, except for an emergency service vehicle carrying out an emergency response or vehicles given permission from Glasgow City Councils events section.

 

Prohibition of waiting, loading and unloading

From 16:00hrs on the 25 June 2026 until 21:00hrs on the 26 June 2026

 

Crimea Street for its full length

Carrick Street for its full length

 

Prohibition of vehicle movements

From 09:30hrs on the 26 June 2026 until 23:00hrs on 26 June 2026

 

Crimea Street for its full length

Carrick Street for its full length (access will be maintained to the compound via Broomielaw)

 

Prohibition of waiting, loading and unloading

From 16:00hrs on the 25 June 2026 until 21:00hrs on the 27 June 2026

 

Cadogan Street between Wellington Street and Blythswood Street

Holm Street between Wellington Street and Blythswood Street

Blythswood Street between Argyle Street and Waterloo Street

Prohibition of vehicle movements

From 00:01hrs on the 26 June 2026 until 21:00hrs on 27 June 2026

Holm Street between Wellington Street and Blythswood Street

Blythswood Street between Argyle Street and Waterloo Street

West Campbell Street between Argyle Street and Waterloo Street

Wellington Lane between Wellington Street and Blythswood Street

 

Reason for Restrictions

 

To facilitate a temporary restriction for filming to take place and for the safety of other road users and pedestrians.

 

“vehicle” unless the context otherwise requires, means a vehicle of any description and includes a machine or implement of any kind drawn or propelled along roads whether or not by mechanical power;


“emergency service vehicle” means a vehicle being used by the Police, Fire or Ambulance Services and includes blood transfer vehicles operated by the NHS.

 

“Prohibition to vehicle movements” applying to all directions unless otherwise stated.
