Glasgow Pulse is a quarterly research paper, reflecting the state of the city’s economic climate. Curated and published by Glasgow Chamber of Commerce it uses live data to assess the trends, opportunities and challenges facing Scotland’s largest city. It reports the most recent data available, which is available via the City Centre Performance Dashboard. Data is live updated when the newest report is available.
The Glasgow City Centre Data & Insights Dashboard provides insight into the recent performance of Glasgow City Centre by pulling together data from several sources, which is then cleansed, analysed, and presented in the dashboard visualisations. The data can be further analysed by users to support intelligence gathering, business planning and policy development.
The dashboards use a combination of publicly available data and data from corporate partners to provide insight on key indicators including footfall, transport, vacancy rates, business and tourism. The dashboard content aligns with many of the priorities of the new City Centre Strategy 2024-2030.
