Fayre Play, the adult-only funfair games experience that has taken Glasgow by storm since its grand opening last March, is gearing up to celebrate its first birthday in style by giving away £1000 worth of prizes through an exciting city-wide Duck Hunt this Easter, featuring their iconic yellow ducks.
From Tuesday 26 March, Fayre Play has hidden numerous ducks around key landmarks in Glasgow. Those fortunate enough to find one will receive a complimentary "Lucky Duckers" package for two, redeemable over Easter weekend. The "Lucky Duckers" package, which has gained immense popularity since its launch earlier this year, includes (for each person) a full bottle of Prosecco and a guaranteed duckie prize, along with a hot dog & fries, and the chance to relive the childhood magic of the fairground through nostalgic games.
The yellow ducks, which have become synonymous with Fayre Play, will be hidden at various city landmarks, and clues will be provided on Fayre Play's social media channels, turning the giveaway into an the ultimate ‘Duck Hunt’ for the people of Glasgow in the lead-up to Easter.
Co-founder Craig Neilson expressed his enthusiasm for the celebration: "Our Lucky Duckers package has been the hottest ticket in town since we launched it at the start of the year, so we thought, what better way to celebrate our first birthday than to give away £1000 worth of them? Our venue has been packed in our first 12 months as Fayre Play, so it's a nice way to thank the city of Glasgow for welcoming us with open arms, along with having a bit of fun while we’re at it."
