Glasgow Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Bauer Academy, part of the Bauer Media Group, to provide members with access to a range of industry-leading online training programmes designed to help individuals and teams build the skills needed to thrive in today's workplace.
The collaboration gives Chamber members the opportunity to benefit from Bauer Academy's acclaimed CORE programme series, which combines expert-led video content, practical exercises and downloadable workbooks in a flexible, self-paced format.

This programme introduces learners to the power of coaching techniques and explores how asking the right questions can unlock potential, improve self-awareness and drive better outcomes for individuals and teams alike.
Flexible Learning That Works Around Business Needs
All CORE programmes are delivered online through self-paced learning, giving participants three months' access to complete each course. The training is designed to be immediately applicable in the workplace, helping learners put new knowledge and skills into practice from day one.
Individual programmes are available for £190 per person, while learners can access all four CORE programmes through a bundled offer of £500, which includes six months' access to complete the full series.

Alongside the CORE Series, Glasgow Chamber is also delighted to be working with Bauer Academy on its Impact Leadership Programme, a transformational leadership development experience designed for current and aspiring leaders looking to take their leadership capabilities to the next level.
The six-month blended programme focuses on three key areas: Leading Yourself, Leading Others and Leading the Organisation, helping participants build greater self-awareness, strengthen their ability to lead and develop others, and enhance their strategic thinking and organisational impact.
