The latest series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! has broken records on STV, becoming the most-streamed series of the show ever.
Throughout its latest run, which concluded last night with social media star Angry Ginge being crowned King of the Jungle, the show has received over 5.5m million streams on STV Player, an increase of +16% on the 2024 series.
As well as being STV’s top performing show of the year, the series is also Scotland’s most-watched programme across all commercial channels, outperforming hit shows like The Great British Bake Off, Gogglebox and Love Island. The 16 November episode gave STV its highest peak-time overnight audience of any show in 2025.
Producers’ decision to cast campmates like Angry Ginge and rapper Aitch has also resulted in the show – now in its 25th year – drawing a younger audience. Across both STV and STV Player, viewing among 16-34 year olds was up +6% year-on-year – and I’m a Celebrity 2025 has attracted four times as many 16-34 year olds as this year’s series of the BBC’s Strictly Coming Dancing.
Richard Williams, Managing Director, Audience (Video & Technology) at STV, said: “These statistics show that, after a quarter-century of banter, bugs and bushtucker, Scotland continues to be absolutely hooked by I’m a Celebrity.
“The show’s long-running success is testament to its killer format, brilliant hosts and imaginative casting – which this year has been a powerful driver of engagement among hard-to-reach younger audiences. I’m a Celebrity remains one of the jewels in STV’s crown and its ongoing popularity underpins our position as a key connector of audiences of all ages right across Scotland.”
I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! is available to stream on STV Player.
