Annika filming restrictions 14 - 19 March

Roads affected and dates and times of restriction applying to all vehicles with the exception of an emergency service vehicle carrying out an emergency response or vehicles given permission from Glasgow City Council filming and events section.

From 15:00hrs on the 14 March 2021 until 18:30hrs on the 18:30 March 2021

Prohibition of waiting, loading and unloading for all vehicles

  • Byres Road between Downside Road and Ruthven Street, west side only
  • Downside Lane for its full length
  • Ruthven Street between Byres Road and a property number 19, south side only

From 15:00hrs on the 15 March 2021 until 22:00hrs on the 17 March 2021

Prohibition of waiting, loading and unloading for all vehicles 

  • Fleurs Avenue between Fleurs Road and Nithsdale Road
  • Fleurs Road between Fleurs Avenue and Torridon Avenue
  • Newlandsfields Road for its full length 

From 15:00hrs on the 17 March 2021 until 21:00hrs on the 18 March 2021

Prohibition of waiting, loading and unloading for all vehicles 

  • Albion Street between Blackfriars Street and property number 80
  • Bell Street between High Street and Candleriggs
  • Blackfriars Street between Albion Street and Walls Street
  • Candleriggs between Wilson Street and Ingram Street
  • High Street between Bell Street and property number 79, west side only
  • Walls Street between Blackfriars Street and Bell Street 

From 15:00hrs on the 17 March 2021 until 22:30hrs on the 19 March 2021

Prohibition of waiting, loading and unloading for all vehicles 

  • Corsock Street between Aitken Street and Aberfoyle Street
  • Aitken Street between Walter Street and Appin Road, east side only 

From 12:30hrs until 21:30hrs on the on the 19 March 2021

Prohibition of vehicle movements

  • Corsock Street between Aitken Street and Aberfoyle Street 

Reason for Restrictions 

To facilitate a temporary restriction to allow 'Annika' filming works to take place. 

“vehicle” unless the context otherwise requires, means a vehicle of any description and includes a machine or implement of any kind drawn or propelled along roads whether or not by mechanical power; “emergency service vehicle” means a vehicle being used by the Police, Fire or Ambulance Services.
