Company Shop Renfrew, on Blythswood Retail Park, is providing high-quality, low-cost food and essential products to people working in our NHS, emergency services and across the FMCG supply chain – the heroes on the frontline of the fight to combat the Coronavirus crisis.
The store first opened its doors in December and operates on a free membership model, providing police officers, fire-fighters, ambulance, NHS workers and people in the FMCG supply chain with food and products at up to one third of the normal retail price – helping to stretch hard working family budgets.
Company Shop Renfrew is part of the UK’s leading redistributor of surplus food and household products, Company Shop Group – saving millions of items from going to waste each year, enabling member to access discounted products while helping the environment. Company Shop purchases surplus products from household brands such as Waitrose, Nestle, Iceland and Tesco, before distributing the items at deeply discounted prices to members.
Thousands of people across Renfrewshire are already benefiting from what the redistribution store has to offer, but others who are eligible for membership are encouraged to contact the team on 01226 355 186 / email@example.com to shop in store.
The store has implemented a range of measures which mean that members can continue to shop safely, and to get the food and essentials items they need.
