International law firm Pinsent Masons have promoted 12 lawyers to the role of Legal Director, of which more than half are based in Scotland.
Working across the firm’s five global sectors, four of the staff elevated to legal director level are based in Edinburgh with a further three based in Glasgow.
Rona Kostulin (Property), Ronan Lambe and Chris Owens (Projects) and Kathryn Wynn (Technology, Media & Communications) are Capital-based while the Glasgow promotions include Jennifer Malcolm and Brian Thumath (Corporate) and Mairi Black (Pensions).
The group have recently worked on a number of noteworthy projects, including Springfield Properties £25 million AIM listing, advising the trustees of the Forth Ports Group Pension Scheme and advising on the $1 billion acquisition of Ithaca Energy by Delek Group.
