Arc-Tech (Scotland) Ltd, a Glasgow-based building services contractor, has employed its 100th employee this month.
Experts in delivering Industrial & Commercial, Mechanical, Electrical and Renewable Service packages, Arc-Tech has focused investment in people with 300 per cent growth since its launch in 2016.
Now reaching 106 in total, this figure also includes Arc-Tech’s five trade apprentices. Taken on board in the company’s inaugural apprentice intake in 2017, five young people from between the ages of 16 and 20 are undertaking a 4-year apprenticeship programme in the areas of plumbing, heating engineering and electrical. This in addition to two office-based trainees.
Arc-Tech Managing Director, John Gallacher, said:

In order to achieve this goal, we employed exceptional trades’ people and managerial staff, all of which have been individually chosen by the Board of Directors.”
Arc Tech offers valuable design input both pre-& during construction and collaboration with design teams, something which they believe is crucial to the delivery of a contract and maintaining a strong relationship with clients.
