The SEC Meeting Academy launched last week, welcoming over 50 individuals from the corporate and associations markets along with agency guests. The attendees were treated to the SEC Food bespoke Meeting Academy small plates menu and feedback has been fantastic.
Kathleen Warden, Director of Conference Sales, said:
“Our launch lunch was a great event. Many of our local supporters joined us a long with new clients. Everyone has responded really well to the SEC Meeting Academy, and are keen to use the space to take advantage of all the benefits of the campus – the technical skills of our teams who support our organiser to deliver seamless events, the quality and style of the meeting facilities, ease of access, and a buzzing environment. As well as a lot of interest from the local corporate market, our clients that are organising larger events with us are already planning to use the space as a VIP area. Over the course of the next 12 months, we will be focusing on getting the message out to the market that the SEC is not all about big events, and that we have the flexibility to offer a more boutique experience for organisers of smaller events."
