Following on from my April 2 blog about Plan Bee, last year's Glasgow Business Awards' Green Champions who give you the opportunity to adopt your own bee hives, I popped along to a drop-in session for their crowdfunding plans.
I was keen to tell the audience why Glasgow Chamber has been keen to encourage companies to look at this modern option for raising finance.
We don't have too many examples of crowdfunding to share in Glasgow, so we've been wishing Warren and the Plan Bee team encouragement where we can.
Well, the good news is that the latest Plan Bee crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube is turning out to be a great success and is now 92% funded.
