On 31 October – 12 November 2021, the UK will welcome the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) to Glasgow.
Hosted at Glasgow's Scottish Event Campus (SEC), the event will bring together the largest gathering of heads of state ever hosted in the UK, alongside climate experts and campaigners for vital talks on tackling the climate emergency and advancing the goals set out in the Paris Agreement.
Together with their Italian partners, the UK government will work to prevent global temperatures rising above 1.5C and protect our planet and people from the intensifying impacts of climate change.
