Campaigning on Policy Issues

Transport issues, economic development and lobbying MSPs & MPs on various business matters. We have strong relationships with key stakeholders in the city, in the government and beyond.

In 2010, on 10 September we organised, for the first time a transport summit called 'Connect to Compete' in partnership with The Herald and on 9 November a digital technology conference, 'Think Digital Scotland'.  Both these events were aimed at shaping policy and provided opportunities for the business community to be heard and influence these important topics in Glasgow.
