The Royal Navy is a major contributor to the economy both of
Dunbartonshire and the West of Scotland. So what does the future

Royal Navy presentation team.
Rear Admiral Hockley, MSc, CEng, CMarEng, FIMarEST, FCMI, the most
senior naval officer in Scotland, is responsible for Royal Navy
liaison with the devolved governments of Scotland, Northern Ireland
and Wales.
He is former Naval Base Commander Clyde and, in that role, had an
annual budget of £180m, was responsible for 900 civil servants and
RN staff and had command of over 6000 personnel working on
site.
