Anderson Strathern continues to grow Private Client team in Glasgow

Leading law firm, Anderson Strathern is announcing the appointment of Denise Laverty as an associate specialising in family law, within the Private Client team in Glasgow.
Denise joins Anderson Strathern from McArthur Stanton, where she had been a member of their court department for eight years.
Dual qualified with over 20 years experience practising in England and Scotland, Denise is a member of the Family Law Association of Scotland. She has experience of advising and negotiating financial settlements within separation and divorce; resolving residence and contact disputes, including relocation cases; advising on and drafting cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements; acting in cross border disputes and advising on jurisdictional issues. Denise also brings with her significant experience in working for Armed Forces personnel in all family related matters.
Commenting on Denise's appointment, Robert Carr, Chairman, said;
