15 May will see 'Defending an Independent Scotland.' Supported by leading trade body A|D|S Scotland this conference will examine the complex implications that independence will have on the highly significant defence industry in Scotland - which directly employ's nearly 40,000 people. Delegates will hear from highly-respected speakers and analysts on topics such as the future of Trident, the size and shape of a separate Scottish military, NATO and of course the impact on the industry.

On 19 June, 'The Economics of Independence' will be up for discussion. This debate is at the very heart of the battle-ground on Scottish independence. Led by keynote speaker John Swinney MSP and chair Bill Jamieson this informative but fiery debate will dissect issues such as monetary policy, ownership of North Sea oil & gas as well as offshore wind power rights, how much national debt Scotland would take on and who would act as Scotland's banker of last resort?

For the delegate fee of £89.10 + vat (normal rate £99 + vat) members will receive exclusive access to our Post Conference Reports, refreshments and networking lunch.
