RESPONSE extends contract with esure worth £10M

RESPONSE, one of the UK's leading contact management centres, based in Glasgow has secured a further three year extension to its existing relationship with esure worth £10M.

Over the past five years RESPONSE has successfully been engaged in handling the inbound sales and customer support service calls on behalf of esure, one of the fastest growing insurance providers in the UK.

The contract extension will see the continued provision of inbound and outbound services on behalf of esure's car insurance customers. The focus of the campaign will still be on sales through service, with up-sell opportunities identified from renewal enquiries, midterm policy adjustments and new business customers.
