Work begins on star gate

Work will start before the end of this month on the first phase
of the new £14 million industrial development at Clyde Gateway East
business park, alongside the M74 motorway extension in the east end
of Glasgow. Developer SCOT Sheridan will create 57,000 sq ft of
flexible space in three separate buildings at this important new
project, close to Junction 2a of the new link road. The industrial
units of 22,200, 19,200 and 16,100 sq ft are suitable for
production or distribution, with each featuring an element of
office accommodation, parking and secure yardage.
