BAA Renewal of Platinum Partnership

We are pleased to announce that Glasgow Airport BAA has renewed their Platinum Partnership membership for another year, helping to demonstrate the value which businesses receive from the scheme.
As one of ten Platinum Partners, Glasgow Airport BAA was offered a specially tailored benefits package to match their businesses requirements and ambitions in the region - goals which we at the Chamber assist them in achieving.
Glasgow Airport has done a tremendous job in securing new routes from the city, providing a vital link to the global economy. BAA's recent decision to keep the airport within their portfolio is further good news for both Amanda and her team, as well as the entire region.
Last year alone, The Hilton Hotel Glasgow, St Enoch Centre, Nuffield Health and Scottish Opera were amongst an impressive spectrum of businesses which signed up to the Platinum Partnership scheme in 2011. We have strived to increase each organisation's engagement with our network of strategic partners, working towards the interests of the individual companies themselves.
As with all of our achievements, the Platinum Partnership scheme is designed to encourage investment into the city, boosting the local economy by attracting high profile businesses.
