One Year On Event - Announcing the Speaker Programme

Tuesday 14th June at the Scottish Youth Theatre in the Merchant City 6pm to 8pm

An evening gathering with presentations, insights and networking, plus drinks

We are delighted to announce that Amanda Hyndman, General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Washington D.C will be our keynote speaker at the forthcoming Glasgow Service with Style One Year On Event. Amanda will be joined by the Leader of Glasgow City Council, Gordon Matheson and Scottish Enterprise's Regional Director, Jill Farrell.  The event will be hosted by BBC Radio & Television Broadcaster, Janice Forsyth.

Amanda, a graduate of the Scottish Hotel School at Strathclyde University, started her career at the city's Copthorne Hotel and is thrilled to be returning to Glasgow to share her experiences, career highlights and service standards. Following her 15-year tenure at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels where she held a number of roles in Glasgow, London and Aberdeen, Amanda was General Manager of The Waldorf, London, and  the Excelsior, Hong Kong before joining the Mandarin Oriental, Washington D.C. in October 2009.
