Your Chamber is pleased to announce the formation of a new Platinum Partnership agreement with Glasgow's St Enoch Centre. St Enoch will become one of a selection of Glasgow businesses to share this special relationship with the Chamber of Commerce.
The Platinum Partnership Agreement is a truly bespoke programme designed to increase engagement with the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce's network of strategic partners. The partnership will also help influence and shape the local economy as well as representing the interests of the companies themselves.
Platinum Partners are demonstrating their commitment not only to Glasgow but to the future prosperity of the city and Susan Nicol, General Manager of St Enoch Centre said: "St Enoch Centre is committed to supporting the local community and to encouraging the growth of Glasgow's vibrant retail sector. We believe this exciting new partnership with Glasgow Chamber of Commerce will help to strengthen our existing community work and the proactive initiatives we are involved in, bringing huge benefits to the city as a result.
"Retail plays a vital role in Glasgow's economy and our objective is to use our Platinum Partnership status to develop and cement fruitful relationships with other retailers and with the wider business community in order to further enhance the contribution the sector makes to the city and to Scotland."
The St. Enoch Centre will join the likes of Bank of Scotland, Glasgow Airport (BAA), Land Securities, City of Glasgow College, Scottish Opera and Radio Clyde as Platinum Partners of Your Chamber.
Commercial Director of Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, Richard Muir said "Having another one of the city's retail hubs as a Platinum Partner is great for both the Chamber of Commerce and Glasgow's economic outlook. We are looking forward to working with St Enoch Centre and are optimistic about what the future will hold. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the St. Enoch Centre for choosing to enhance its working relationship with the Chamber, getting the maximum value from its partnership".
