The session will feature input from a panel of experts including Katy Wedderburn, a Partner in MacRoberts LLP who is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law, Charlie Irvine, Chair of Scottish Mediation Network and Ian Poad former Head of Employee Relations at British Energy plc and a lay member of the Employment Tribunal in Scotland.
